Editing cards
All fields in the Card record can be altered. The most common reason to edit the Card record is a
change in Card status or Access choices.
1.
Ensure the correct database is displayed on the main
JANUS-lite screen.
2.
Select Cards to display the list of cards defined in the
database.
3.
Open the Card record to be edited.
4.
Edit the Card record fields as required.
5.
To remove an Access choice from a card, select the
Card record to be edited
Access choice from the list. The list of all Access
choices defined for the database is displayed.
6.
Select Undefined.
7.
The Access choice is removed from the Card record.
8.
Select Accept to save the changes.

Or, select Delete. You will be asked to confirm this
choice
9. Repeat steps 3 to 8 for any further Cards. Select Done.
