This sets the page size for the current job. You can also set the
default page size. See “To change default paper size” on
page 359.
To specify a paper orientation
1 In the application from which you want to print, click File ! Print.
2 Select a printer from the Name drop-down list.
3 Click Properties.
4 Enable one of the following orientations:
Portrait — Lets you print a page with the short end at the top
Landscape — Lets you print a page with the long end at the top
5 Click OK.
To change this setting globally, see “To change default paper
orientation” on page 359.
Specifying the pages to print
You can print all pages (default), the current page, or a range of pages in a file.
To print current page
1 Determine the page number to print.
2 In the application from which you want to print, click File ! Print.
3 Enable the Range option. (The Current option cannot be enabled at this
time.)
4 Type the page number that you want to print.
5 Click Print.
To print a range of pages
1 In the application from which you want to print, click File ! Print.
2 Enable the Range option.
3 Type the page range you want to print, for example, 1-3 for pages 1 to 3.
For discontinuous pages, separate the page numbers with commas, for
example 2,4 for pages 2 and 4.
4 Click Print.
