Dear customer,
Thank you for purchasing the LINKCOM 2800 CLIP switchboard (PBX). This product is a
truly complete system designed for your office or home requirements.
LINKCOM 2800 CLIP manages 2 outside public lines and 8 extensions: these ones can be
connected to standard or cordless analogue telephones, to a fax-machine, as well to an answering
machine. Dialing can be done both in tone and pulse mode.
Up to 2 outside calls, 2 internal calls and 1 door phone communications can be managed
simultaneously by the LINKCOM 2800 CLIP.
The system is equipped with music on-hold and with an interface towards a normalized 5-wires
door phone/door-lock release with buzzer, and a low voltage relay control (to control, through a
remote control switch and a safety insulator, the switch of a simple household device, such as a
TV, lighting, etc.).
A further enhancement has been achieved by equipping the system with a clo ck, (constituted by
an add-on board), enabling a printout of the telephone traffic information (through a suitable
cable) as well the implementation of a wake-up service.

DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
The switchboard (PBX) LINKCOM 2800 CLIP complies with EEC Directive 05/1999 of the
European Parliament and the Council dated March 9th , 1999 , concerning Radio Equipment and
Telecommunications Terminal Equipment (R&TTE) and the relevant recognition of their
conformity.
LINKCOM 2800 CLIP meets likewise the EMC Norms EN50022 – EN 55024, as well the
Safety norms EN 41003 – EN 60950.
The Conformity to the above mentioned requirements is stated by the CE Marking shown on
the product itself.
INTENDED USE of LINKCOM 2800 CLIP
This product is designed to operate in connection to the Analogue Telecommunication
Networks ( PSTN Network).
