STEP 1 DESULPHATION
Detects sulphoted botteries. Pulsing current ond voltoge, removes sulphote from the leod
plotes of the bottery restoring the bottery copocity.
STEP 2 SOFT START
Tests if the bottery con occept chorge. This step prevents thot chorging proceeds with o
defecl bollery.
STEP3 BULK
Chorging with moximum current until opproximotely 80% battery capacity.
STEP 4 ABSORPTION
Charging with declining current to maximize up to 100% bottery capacity.
'
STEP S ANALYSE
Tests if the ballery can hold c harge. Batterie• that can not hold charge may need tobe re placed.
STEP 6 RECOND
Choose the Recond program to add the Recond step to the charging proce"! During the Recond step
voltage increases to creote controlled gosing in the ballery. Gosing mixe• the bollery ocid ond gives
back eneruy to the bottery.
STEP 7FLOAT
Mointoining the bottery voltoge ot moximum level by providing o constont voltoge chorge.
STEP 8 PULSE
Mointoining the bottery ot 95-100% copocity. The chorger monitors the battery voltoge ond gives a
pulse when nece„ory to keep the bottery fully chorged.

" JThe quolity ol the chorging volto9e ond chorging current is very importonl. A high
current ripple heots up the bottery which hos an oging ellect on the positive electrode.
High voltoge ripple could horm other equipment thot is connected to the bottery. CTEK
bottery chorgers produce very clean voltoge ond current with low ripple.
SAFETY
