USER GUIDE – TracTrac web viewer TracTrac allows you to see tracking of your favourite sailing events – live and in replay. Enter www.tractrac.com, click your favourite event and a screen similar to the one above will appear. Java required. Free download at www.java.com. Use top menu to access Map View, Performance table, Race list, Full screen and Help Map view Map control Use map control to zoom and turn map or activate auto focus . The TracTrac Wind estimator estimates current wind based on the movement of the boats. Progress bar The progress bar shows course configuration and progress of race. Clicking a mark will identify the respective mark on the map. Leader board The active leader board shows the real-‐time ranking of the competitors, with the leading competitor at the top and allows you to: • • • • Filter by name or sail number in search box. Select or deselect competitors. Locate a specific boat on the map by clicking on it in the leader board. Double-‐click on a boat in the leader board to see the complete track for the boat. USER GUIDE – TracTrac web viewer Mark ticker Shows ranks at current mark. Replay control Adjust replay speed or drag slider to move in time. The race clock shows current race time. Mouse controls • • • Zoom by using the scroll-‐wheel on the mouse and pan by dragging the map with the mouse. Mouse-‐over a boat will give you name and additional information related to the boat. Mouse-‐click on a boat will lock the focus-‐and-‐follow on the boat. Performance table Performance data for each sailor and leg: • Rank (overall and leg) • Time (overall and leg) • SOG, VMG, Top speed • Distance travelled Race list Access to all races of the event.
