First Time Use
Insert a SIM Card
The Sm artwatch allows you to store phone contact inform ation on your
phone itself or on a rem ovable SIM card. To insert a SIM card into the
Sm artwatch, do the following:
1.
Switch off the Sm artwatch by pressing and holding the power button
until the screen shuts off.

Turn the watch over and rem ove the back plate.
O pen the larger of the two silver m etal guards by gently lifting up on the
right side.
Insert the SIM card into the slot.

Flip down the silver m etal cover.
Replace the back plate.
Insert a Micro SD Card
The Sm artwatch allows you to store m usic, videos, audio recordings, and
other data on your phone or on a rem ovable m icro SD card up to 16G B. To
insert a m icro SD card into the Sm artwatch, do the following:
1.
Switch off the Sm artwatch by pressing and holding the power button
until the screen goes dark.

Turn the watch over and rem ove the back plate.
O pen the sm aller of the two silver m etal guards by gently lifting up on
the right side.
Insert the m icro SD card into the slot.

Note: Micro SD card is not included. Micro SD card is recom m ended to enjoy all the
functions in theSmartwatch.
Charge the Battery
The Sm artwatch digital display screen tells you how of a charge is left in the
battery.

To charge the Sm artwatch battery, do the following:

O pen the hinge m arked USB on the side of the watch.

Insert the sm aller end of the USB cable that cam e with the watch.
Insert the larger end of the cable into a USB port on your com puter or
laptop.

Turn Phone On/Off
To turn the phone on or off, press and hold the O n/O ff button on the side of
the watch.
Calibrate the Touchscreen
In order for the touchscreen on your Sm artwatch to work correc tly, you m ust
calibrate it before your initial use. To ensure the best perform ance of your
Sm artwatch, you should re-calibrate the touchscreen about every two weeks
after that.
To calibrate the touch screen, do the following:

Using the Sm artwatch stylus, tap the
(M enu) button on the m ain
digital screen.
Tap the>>(Forward) button in the lower left corner of the screen 4
tim es.
Tap the ‘Settings’ option in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Tap the ‘Pen Calibration’ option in the top left corner of the screen.
Follow the prom pts that are displayed on the screen.
Calibration is com plete when a green checkm ark appears on the screen
with the word ‘Done’ underneath it.

W hen you tap the default (analog) watch face, the digital watch face
appears, displaying the following phone-related icons at the top:

To access the interactive phone features of the Sm artwatch, do the

Make and Manage Calls
Make a Call by Dialing a Number
To m ake a call, do the following:
1.

Tap the default (analog) watch display.
Press the Dial button on the side of the Sm artwatch, or the ‘phone’ icon
in the lower left corner of the screen.

Tap out the telephone num ber you want to call.
Tap the green ‘call’ button in the top left corner of the screen to initiate
the call.
Make a Call by Selecting a Contact
To m ake a call by selecting a contact, do the following:

Tap the default (analog) watch display.

O n the digital watch display that appears, tap the
(Phone) button.
Tap the Contacts button in the center of the top row on the screen.
Tap the nam e of the contact you want to call.
In the m enu that appears, tap ‘Call’ to call the contact.
Make a Call by Selecting a Recently Dialed Number
To m ake a call by selecting a recently dialed num ber, do the following:

Tap the default (analog) watch display.

Tap the green ‘call’ button in the top left corner of the screen.

In the list of recently dialed num bers that appears, tap the nam e of the
person you want to call.
In the m enu that appears, tap ‘Call’.
Answer a Call
To answer an incom ing call, tap the ‘O ptions’ button that appears on the
screen and the call will be connected autom atically.
Reject an Incoming Call
To reject an incom ing call, tap the ‘Reject’ button that appears on the
screen as the person is calling.
End a Call
To hang up at the end of a call, press the ‘End Call’ button on the side of
the Sm artwatch.
Check Voicemail
W hen you m iss a call and som eone leaves a m essage on your Sm artwatch,
a "New voicem ail" graphic will appear on the display screen. To check your
voicem ail, do the following:

Tap the ‘Back’ button.
Tap the ‘Back’ button again.

Press and hold the 1 key on the keypad and the voicem ail m essage will
begin playing.
Note: To view the num ber keypad as the m essage is playing, tap the phone
icon in the bottom center of the screen. W ith the keypad visible and the

To view details about a voicem ail call, do the following:

Adjust the Volume During a Call
To adjust the volum e during a call, do the following:

Increase the volum e by tapping the + button or decrease it by tapping
the – button.
Manage Call Waiting
To m anage call waiting, do the following:

Add a Phone Number to Your Blacklist
You can block calls from specific num bers by adding them to the blacklist
on your phone. To add a num ber to your blacklist, do the following:

Tap the green ‘call’ button in the top left corner of the screen.
In the list of recently dialed num bers that appears, tap the nam e of the
person whose num ber you want to add to your blacklist.

Tap the ‘Yes’ to confirm your decision.

Manage Contacts
All of the features listed in this section are available through the Contacts
m enu on the Sm artwatch. To access the Contacts m enu, do the following:

Tap the Contacts button in the lower right corner of the screen.
View Your Contact List
To view your Contacts List, do the following:

Tap the ‘Contacts’ m enu.
O n the Contacts screen that appears, tap the ˄ and ˅ buttons to scroll
up and down through the list.
Add a Contact
To add a contact to your Contacts list, do the following:

Tap the ‘Add new contact’ option at the top of the screen.
Enter the nam e of the contact.
Tap the ˅ button to go to #2,
Enter the num ber of the contact.

Note: If you are im porting the contact instead of entering it m anually,
skip Steps 3 to 5 and tap the ˅ button to go to #3.

Edit a Contact
To edit a contact's details in your Contacts list, do the following:

Tap the nam e of the contact whose inform ation you want to edit.
Select‘O pitons’ and then select‘Edit’ from the m enu that appears.
Use the ˅ button to m odify the nam e of the contact, the contact's
num ber,the contacts em ail address and/or the ringtone that
accom panies their calls.
W hen you are done, tap the ‘O ptions’ button at the bottom right corner
of the screen.
Tap ‘O kay’ and then tap ‘Yes’ to confirm that you want to save your
changes.
Delete a Contact
To delete a contact from your Contacts list, do the following:

Send a Text Message to a Contact

Select from one of the following options, then follow the prom pts that

Via Bluetooth – If you select this option, you will be asked to confirm
that your Bluetooth device is on. If the Sm artwatch is unable to
detect the device, a Search new device button will be displayed.
Add a Contact to Your Blacklist
To add a contact to your Blacklist, do the following:

blacklist.
Select ‘Add to Blacklist’ from the m enu that appears.
Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm that you want to add the contact to the list.

To copy a single contact's details to your phone or to your SIM card, do the
following:

Create a Caller Group
To create a caller group, do the following:

Tap ‘G roup nam e’.

Select ‘Done’ to save the new caller group.
Tap ‘Yes’ to confirm that you want to create the new caller group
Modify a Caller Group
To m odify a caller group, do the following:

Select Caller groups from the list that appears.
Tap the nam e of the caller group you want to m odify.
Select from the following options:

Tap ‘Delete all’ to delete all caller groups.
Manage SMS
All of the features listed in this section are available through the SM S m enu
on the Sm artwatch. To access the SM S m enu, do the following:

Compose an SMS Message
To create an SM S m essage, do the following:

TIP:Tap the “O ption”key to change the input m ethod. See Change the

Tap the ‘O ptions’ button.
In the m enu that appears, tap the ‘Send to’ option.
Enter the recipient's num ber m an ually or select it using the ‘Add from
Phonebook’ option.
Tap the ‘O ptions’ button again.
Tap ‘O K’ to send the m essage.
Com pose an M M S m essage

View Draft Messages
To view your draft m essages, do the following:

Tap the Drafts option in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Change the Input Method
Note: The following instructions explain how to change the input m ethod
for a specific SM S m essage as you are creating it. To change the default
input m ethod of the system , refer to the Settings section of this guide.
Changing the Input M ethod of an SM S/M M S m essage allows you to specify
the language you want to create the m essage in, add num bers and
sym bols to the m essage, or write in all lowercase or all uppercase letters. To
change the input m ethod locally, do the following:

Tap the ‘O ptions’ tab.
Tap the ‘Input m ethod’ tab on the 3 rd row
Choose the suitable Input m ethod.
View & Edit Common Settings
To view and configure common settings, do the following:
1.Tap the‘Messaging’ menu.
2.Tap the >> (Forward) button.
3.Tap the ‘SMS Settings’ option in the top right corner of the screen.
4.Tap the ‘Multimedia message’tab
5.In the menu that appears, tap the ‘Common settings’ option.
6.Tap the‘Compose’ tap to change the setting. You can have the
following settings
-Slide time
-Creation mode: Warning, Restricted, Free
-Auto Signature: On/Off
-Signature setting
7.Tap the‘Sending’ tap to change the setting. You can have the
following settings:
-Validity Period: 1hr, 6hr, 12hr, 1day, 1week, and maximum.
-Delivery Report: On/Off
-Read Report: On/Off
-Priority: Low, Medium, and High
-Delivery time: Immediate, 1 hr later, 12 hr later, and 24hr later.
-Send and save: On/Off
8.Tap the‘Retrieval’ tap to change the setting. You can have the
following settings:
-Home network: Immediate, Deferred, and Rejective.

-Roaming: As home, Immediate, Deferred, and Rejective. Filters:
Anonymous On/Off, Advertisement On/Off
-Read report: On request, send, and never send.
-Delivery report: On/Off
9.Preferred storage: Phone/ Memory card

Turn on or turn off each of the following settings by tapping them and
then tapping the On/Off button at the bottom of the screen:
- Delivery path report
-Reply path
-Save sent messages
-Save sent messages
View Memory Status
To view how m uch m em ory you have used on the phone and on your
SIM card, do the following:

Tap the ‘SM S Settings’ option in the top right corner of the screen.

In the m enu that appears, tap the ‘M em ory status’ option on the 5 th row.
Tap the ‘Phone’ the screen will refresh and display the percent of your
phone m em ory that is currently being used.
Tap the ‘M em ory card’ the screen will refresh and display the percent of
your m em ory card that is currently being used.
Click the Back button to exit the screen.
Select a Preferred Storage Location
To designate a preference of where to store your SMS data, do
the following:

Tap the SM S Settings option in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap the ‘M ultim edia m essage’ tab
In the m enu that appears, tap the ‘Com m on settings’ option.
In the m enu that appears, tap the ‘Preferred storage’ option.
Tap either the SIM or the Phone radio button to designate where
SM S data should be stored.
Click the O K button to save your choice.

Manage Call History
All of the features listed in this section are available through the Call history
m enu on the Sm artwatch. To access the Call history m enu, do the
following:

Tap the default (analog) watch display.

View Missed Calls
To view a list of your m issed calls, do the following:

View Dialled Calls
To view a list of your dialled calls, do the following:

View Received Calls
1. Tap the ‘Call history’ m enu
2. Tap the ‘Received calls’ option on the 3 rd row to view Received Calls
Delete Call Logs
To delete your call logs, do the following:

Tap the ‘Call history’ m enu.
Tap the ‘Delete call logs’ option on the 4 rd row.
Tap the call log you want to delete— Dialled, M issed, or Received— or tap
‘Allcalls’ to erase all logs.

To view tim ers for the calls that have been m ade and received on your
Sm artwatch, do the following:

TIP: Tap the ‘Reset all’ under the page after pressing ‘O ptions’ bottom
on the bottom left corner to set all of the tim ers to zero.
Call Costs
This function needs Service Provider support in order to work correctly. Your
Service Provider can also provide you with the PIN2 password you need, to
com plete these steps. To view the costs for the calls that have been m ade
and received on your Sm artwatch, do the following:

Tap the ‘Call cost’ option on the 6 th row.
Tap any of the following options to view a popup screen that displays
the related tim es:

Last call cost

Total cost
(O ptional) Tap the Reset cost option and enter your PIN2 password to
reset the costs listed on the screen.
(O ptional) Tap the M ax cost option and enter your PIN2 password to set
a m axim um am ount you are willing to pay for calls on the phone.
(O ptional) Tap the Price per unit option and enter your PIN2 password to
view the price per unit you are paying for each call.
Tap Back to save your changes.
Text Message Counters
To view the total num ber of text m essages you have sent and received, do
the following:

Tap the Sent option to view a popup screen that lists the total num ber of
m essages that have been sent from the phone.

In the Date separator field, select the separator you want to use
between the m onth, date, and year. You can chose from the following:

APN Control List for your Sm artwatch.
• Change Password— Use this option to change the SIM Lock password or

The Sm artwatch gives you the option of diverting incom ing calls and
sending them directly to your voicem ail or to a num ber specified by you.
To configure Call Divert on your Sm artwatch, do the following:

Call Barring
The Call Barring feature differs from the Blacklist feature in that Call Barring
allows you to block calls to and from a specific phone num ber, whereas the
Blacklist only blocks incom ing calls from a specific num ber. In order to
configure call barring, you will need to know your call barring password,
which is usually set to 0000 by default. Aside from the instructions below,
you will need to contact your Service Provider to m ake sure the feature is
properly supported.
To configure Call Barring on your Sm artwatch, do the following:

Recent Pages — Tap this option to view a list of the internet sites
you have viewed recently.
Settings — Tap this option to access the different internet settings
you can configure for your Sm artwatch. Details on each of these
settings are provided im m ediately below.

To view, add, edit, or delete a data account for internet services on the
