Using Your PayPal Account Profile Automatic Calculation of Sales Tax 9 Sales Tax Rates in Your Account Profile Setting Up Domestic Sales Tax Rates You can create sales tax rates for a state, zip code, or zip code range. To add a new rate, click the Add New Sales Tax link in the Set Up Domestic Tax Rates box. To create a rate for a state 1. Click State for Configure Sales Tax by. 2. Select one or more states for the rate you want to create. Hold down the Ctrl key to select more than one state. 3. Enter the sales tax rate. 4.
