Large doses irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Ingestion may cause acute gastro-intestinal
upset.
PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES
Wear safety glasses. Use solvent-resistant gloves and vapor respirator for spills, leaks or other
high exposures.
FIRST AID MEASURES
INHALATION:
REMOVE TO FRESH AIR.
EYE CONTACT:
CONTACT WITH THE EYES MAY CAUSE MILD IRRITATION. IMMEDIATELY FLUSH WITH LARGE
AMOUNTS OF CLEAN, LUKEWARM WATER (LOW PRESSURE) FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES. SEEK
MEDICAL ATTENTION IF EYE IRRITATION PERSISTS.
SKIN CONTACT:
WASH AFFECTED AREAS THOROUGHLY WITH SOAP AND WATER. CLOTHING SHOULD BE
LAUNDERED BEFORE REUSE. SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION IF SKIN IRRITATION PERSISTS.
INGESTION:
INGESTION OF INK MAY CAUSE STOMACH UPSET. SEEK MEDICAL ADVICE. SEEK MEDICAL
ATTENTION IF STOMACH UPSET PERSISTS (THIS INK CONTAINS ETHYLENE GLYCOL).
Guarantee Exclusion and Limitation of Liability: For a period of one year from the date of
manufacture, DIGITAL DESIGN INC. (“Seller”) warrants that the ink shipped shall conform to
Seller’s specifications. EXCEPT FOR THIS WARRANTY, SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF
ANY KIND, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. On any claim accepted by the Seller, SELLER’S LIABILITY SHALL
NOT EXCEED ITS OBLIGATION TO REPLACE THE ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE INK, OR TO
RETURN THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER FOR ALLEGEDLY DEFECTIVE
INK. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR SPECIFIC DAMAGES, WHETHER IN TORT OR CONTRACT OR ANY THEORY OF LAW.
