HOW TO REPLACE THE BLADE

The blade is subject to wear and damage,
such as nicks and dents. This will not generally affect its function.
Remove the blade Iocknut that holds
the blade to the drive shaft.
The blade is designed to not require sharpening. Do not attempt to sharpen the blade.

Install a new blade and blade Iocknut.
Tighten the blade Iocknut to a torque of
40-45 foot pounds.
To replace the blade, follow the steps below.
1.
Remove the blade.
Disconnect the spark plug wire from the
spark plug.

Connect the spark plug wire to the spark
plug.
