The new “Qualitex Trading Japan” site has been developed on the basis of finding your continuous more
interest in our site. Building on the experience and feedback gathered over the years, our new site provides
all the functionality of the previous version as well as enhanced and additional features such as:

This manual explains the many ways in which to use the site in order to get the most out of our vast resource.

Searching:
Quick Search:
Please follow the steps to make a quick search

Select any from “By Make” so that “By Model” field will be automatically activated and you can
see any vehicle of your choice.
2.
If you want to search a vehicle for any particular year, you should have to use the “By Year”
search.

If you want to search a vehicle for a particular price, you can use the “Price Fields” to search a
vehicle according to your money range.

You can search your vehicle “By Type” e.g some peoples like ‘Sports Model’ other likes
‘Hatchback’. So you can search the type of vehicle you like.

You can also search a vehicle “By Stock” or by “Transmission” eg. That you want an “Automatic OR
Manual” vehicle. It all depends on your need that what you want.

Advanced Search:
Please follow the steps to make a quick search

If you don’t know that how to make an advance search just click on the button encircled in the
image. It will take you to on the advanced search. (see Fig 1 & Fig 2)

If you want to buy a vehicle for any specific color you like, you should use the field “Color”. So
that you can see all the vehicles related to that color.

You can search any vehicle with “Millage” that how many miles used vehicle u want to buy OR
“CC” means how much engine is OR “Model Grade” indicate that the vehicle have grade eg. If
you put “A” in the model grade field. It will show all the vehicles that come in “A” grade, means
with super condition. OR You can also search a vehicle with any of fuel type. Like if you want
your vehicle

You can search also make search by combining all of them or with the multiple combination of
any of them. Like if u wants to search a car of model “Honda Civic with Black color of 2010 year
with A grade then you can make the combination of this my select all the things from all the
fields.
In Short you can search any of your vehicles according to your wish/choice.

Viewing Stock
Japan Stock:
1. You can see all the stock by click on the tab “STOCK”. It will navigate to the next page. And you
will find all detail of the stock here. The displayed list of vehicle is in Japan. In other word it show
all the vehicles available in Japan
2. In the footer area of main page  by click on the following link you will see the same page of “Japan
Stock”.

On Way Stock:
1. If you want to see the “On Way Stock” Just click on the “STOCK” from Home Page Main menu, it will
navigate to the next page where you can see two options (Japan Stock and on way stock). Just click
here on the “On way Stock” and you will see the detailed list of vehicles which are on the way.

Overseas Stock:
1. If you want to see the “On Way Stock” Just click on the “STOCK” from main menu, it will navigate to
the next page where you can see three options. Just click here on the “Onway Stock” and you will see
the detailed list of vehicles which are on the way
2. In the footer area of the Home page  by click on the following link you will see the same page of
“Overseas Stock”.

Login Area
Register User:
1. If you are a new user and want to register to this website, just click on the link show in the figure
below.
2. It will navigate to next page, here a form will display, fill this form to register yourself for this
website.

3. After registering you form successfully. Check your email for confirmation of “Successfully
Registration. By clicking on the link “encircled” you will see a page of activation of your account on
Qualitex Trading Japan.
Logging In:
1. To login to Qualitex Trading, enter your username and password in the appropriate fields on either
the Home Page or the Login Page and click the “Login” button. Please note that the password is case
sensitive.
Retrieving Your Password:
1. If you have lost or forgotten your password and then click “Forgot Password?” link that is shown left
the login button, see in Figure below. When you click this link you will be directed to a page requiring
you to enter the email Address associated with your account. After submitting your email address
your account information will be emailed to that address.

Updating Profile:
1. After Login  for updating your account click on the “Update Profile”.

After Login  you can use the “saved search” option to save your search as filter. In future if you
want to see the last search again,

My Listing:
1.
After Logging In while searching vehicle, you can make your favorite list, by clicking on the link
below to vehicle Image “Add to my List”. And you can see that vehicles, added in your list.
2. After Logging in now to check your list of selected vehicle. Just click on My panel  My Listing and
you can see the list you have made by adding vehicle in your list.

3. By clicking on the “My Listing” the following page will show the list of vehicles that u have added.
Here are many options that you can use. Like send email to inquire about that vehicle, remove
vehicle, search any particular vehicle added in your list etc...

Shipping Schedule
Shipping Schedule:
1. To check shipment schedule click on the “Check Shipment Schedule” on Home Page. It will navigate
you next to the page where u can see all the scheduls of different countries, as well as u can check
“Region” vise shipment schdeule.

Shipment Schedule (By Region):
2. To check shipping schedule for any specific “Region” You can click on any of the Region listed on
page. By clicking onto the page it will display next page. Here you can search your arrival port,
departure port, arrival date or shipment name accordig to the region search criteria.
3. You can also check shipment Schedule from the link locating In footer area of Home Page.

Maker
By Make:
1. To see vehicles By any particular make, Check the module “Maker”, for example, to search all the
cars of “TOYOTA” maker. Just click on the Toyota from maker module, and you can see all the
available stocks related to that maker.

Best Offer:
To see the available list of all “Best Offers” From Qualitex Trading Japan. You just click on the “Best
