184Pin DDR400 Registered DIMM 2GB with 128Mx4 CL3 TS256MDR72V4S Description Placement The TS256MDR72V4S is a 256M x 72bits Double Data Rate SDRAM high-density for DDR400. The TS256MDR72V4S consists of 36pcs CMOS 128Mx4 bits Double Data Rate SDRAMs in 60 ball FBGA packages, 2pcs drive ICs for input control signal, 1pcs PLL, and a 2048 bits serial EEPROM on a 184-pin printed circuit board. The TS256MDR72V4S is a Dual In-Line Memory Module and is intended for mounting into 184-pin edge A connector sockets. Synchronous design allows precise cycle control with the use of system clock. Data I/O transactions are possible on both edges of DQS. Range of operation frequencies, B programmable latencies allow the same device to be useful for a variety of high bandwidth, high performance memory system applications.
