Installing and connecting the device 3.3 Connecting the device 3.3.6.2 COM, DP, DVI/VGA, PS/2 and audio lines Cable ties that can be loosened for strain relief at the interfaces are enclosed in the accessory kit. These cable ties can be installed on the rear panel, if necessary. Procedure 1. Push a removable cable tie into the device rear panel at the marked point. The figure shows the correct cable tie mounting position. 2. Fasten the cables with the removable cable ties to the strain relief. 3.3.7 Multi-monitoring You can operate up to five monitors simultaneously at the interfaces of the integrated graphics controller in combination with the optional graphics card. Parameter assignment is performed by means of the Control Panel in Windows. The following monitors can be operated simultaneously on the motherboard: ● 2 × DisplayPort, 1 × DVI ● 2 × DisplayPort, 1 × VGA ● 1 × DisplayPort, 1 × DVI via DisplayPort-DVI adapter 1, 1 × DVI ● 1 × DisplayPort, 1 × VGA via DisplayPort-VGA adapter 1, 1 × VGA via DVI/VGA adapter 1 ● 1 × DVI via DisplayPort-DVI adapter, 1 × DVI via DisplayPort-DVI adapter 2, 1 × DVI ● 1 × VGA via DisplayPort-VGA adapter, 1 × VGA via DisplayPort-VGA adapter, 1 × VGA via DVI/VGA adapter 1 available 2 active as accessories DisplayPort-DVI adapter Detailed information is available in section "Accessories".
