I am extremely happy to welcome you to the Hampton University family and your Home by the
Sea! Certainly, your time at Hampton will be invaluable with regards to the quality of education
you will receive, the life-long relationships you will form and the Hampton spirit that you will
surely develop and cultivate.
This Student Technology Guide is filled with information about the products, services and applications made available to you through the Center for Information Technology’s Academic Technology Mall (ATM). It also contains the University’s Appropriate Use of Technology Policy that
you must follow and adhere to as a user of our computers and network. You are strongly encouraged to read the entire guide thoroughly and revisit it often to obtain any updates that may occur. Should you have any questions, please contact the appropriate person listed in the back of
