Izenda Reports User’s Guide 7.0 GLOSSARY Database A collection of data arranged for ease, speed of search, and retrieval. Entry A single piece of data that belongs to a field. Field A set of entries that are grouped together because of similar properties. The Fruit field contains entries that are either apple, peach, or orange.
