Filtering
Filter the list by selecting a criteria for each filter. Each filter is cumulative. Each filter
also has an entry for "All" which essentially negates that particular filter.

Quickview Tab
As explained above, the Quickview tab can display associated detail from the record
selected in the list. Note that there is a split bar control with which you can move the
Quickview left or right. The intent is to enable you to move the Quickview tab next to
candidate names in the list for easier viewing.
Actions
The Action tab, located on the Quickview tab provides access to actions that can be
performed on a candidate or a selected group of candidates. The intent is that you can
use the filters to obtain a discreet list of candidates and then tag some or all of the
candidates in that list. Once they are tagged, you can select one of the actions on the
action tab which includes mail merge 13 , reports, and record archiving 16 discussed in
other sections of the manual.
Photos
By selecting the Photo tab, you can view the first photo for each candidate as you scroll
through the candidate list.
