In TOPS 2000™ or TOPS On-Site™, click the CC&R Button

Click the CCR Codes tab.
3.
Click the down arrow and select the CCR Code for the definition to
which you wish to define defaults.
4.
Check to use as defaults for the Hand Held Organizer.
5.
Enter a Detailed Description of the CC&R Code. Or click Use CCR
Article as Detailed Description. Press <TAB>.
6.
Enter the process the violation may be Resolved By. Press <TAB>.
7.
Click Exit, or navigate to a new code to repeat the process.
Once these defaults have been set, you may select a CCR Code on your
PDA, and the Created date, Details, and Resolve By fields will automatically fill in according to the defaults that you have set.
