Follow steps 1-3 above to select a community, and open the vehicle
information screen.
2.
Click the New Vehicle button.
3.
Select the property associated with the vehicle.
4.
Enter the Tag Number in the Tag # field. (This field is required in
order to sync new work orders from the PDA to TOPS 2000™ or
TOPS On-Site™.)
5.
Enter the sticker number for the vehicle, if any.
6.
Enter the Parking Space number for the vehicle, if any.
7.
Enter the Year, Make, Model, and Color of the vehicle
8.
Click the relation button to select the relationship of this vehicle'
s
owner to the associated property owner.

Select the Tag Number of the vehicle.

Uncheck the '
Permitted on Property'option.

Check the Update TOPS Record checkbox.
