Efforts have been made to give complete step by step details of the procedure to be followed
by IO/BO and BIS Labs, along with the screenshots as attached at Annex 1 & Annex 2

The software has now been made functional by ITS Deptt. and the system becomes
operational for implementation with immediate effect.
