Figure 26. Crosshair mode. Measuring tape mode The measuring tape mode is used to measure the distance between two features within the Video display. The left mouse left button is clicked down over feature #1 and moving the mouse while holding the left crosshair button down (drag & drop) until the cursor is over feature #2. A green rectangle is displayed along with the X/Y distances. The distances will be shown in the selected units (microns, mm, mils, or inches). The rectangle will be displayed until the left mouse button is clicked over the Video window or the control mode is changed. 32 • Nucleus 2.7 User’s Guide
