YEAR 2000: This software is Year 2000 compliant, provided it is run on a
computer system that is itself Year 2000 compliant. It is recommended that 4
digits be entered for all year values. If a two digit year is entered it is assumed to
be in the 20 th century and is stored as a 4 digit year value. Dates of birth occurring
in the year 2000 or later are required to be entered with a 4 digit year.
