7.4.63 @AARH Description
This command is used to read the high latch values for all Analog Input channels
of a specified module.
Syntax

The address of the responding module in hexadecimal format (00 to FF)

The high latch values for all Analog Input channels. See Section 4 for
details of the data format.
There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect, there is a
communication error, or there is no module with the specified address.
