7.4.63 @AARH Description
This command is used to read the high latch values for all Analog Input channels
of a specified module.

The address of the module to be read in hexadecimal format (00 to FF)

The address of the responding module in hexadecimal format (00 to FF)

The high latch values for all Analog Input channels. See Section 4 for
details of the data format.
There will be no response if the command syntax is incorrect, there is a
communication error, or there is no module with the specified address.

Reads the high latch values for all Analog Input channels on module 03 and returns
a response indicating that the command was successful, with the data in engineering
units format.
