NANO-4386A Motherboard The NANO-4386A Super I/O Enhanced Hardware Monitor also monitors the following voltages internally: VBAT The NANO-4386A Super I/O Enhanced Hardware Monitor also monitors the following fan speeds: CPU Fan speed The values for the above environmental parameters are all recorded in the BIOS Hardware Health Configuration menu. 2.9.2 Operating Temperature and Temperature Control The maximum and minimum operating temperatures for the NANO-4386A are listed below. Minimum Operating Temperature: 0ºC (32°F) Maximum Operating Temperature: 60°C (140°F) A cooling fan and heat sink must be installed on the CPU. Thermal paste must be smeared on the lower side of the heat sink before it is mounted on the CPU. A heat sink is also mounted on the northbridge chipset to ensure the operating temperature of the chip remains low. 2.9.3 Power Consumption Table 2-4 shows the power consumption parameters for the NANO-4386A running with an Intel® Celeron® M, 1.4 GHz CPU with 512MB of 266MHz DDR memory.
