ASSIGNMENT SCREEN To assign an operator--click on the box that correlates the operator to the specific vessel that they intend to operate. (See area outlined in red above.) Doing the latter will make that operator a named operator for that particular vessel and the operator’s name will then print on the declarations page for that vessel. MB-S-01-08 56
