Figure 5-6 Advanced Sample Selector – Choosing Data Files You can then select samples by choosing the method under which the sample was run. To choose a method, click on the Methods tab in the bottom windowpane. In this example (Figure 5-7), the Methods tab was pressed and the MYCOLC1 method was chosen. This allows for a narrower search of Sherlock data files chosen, by only including samples in the data files that were run under the MYCOLC1 method. 5-7
