Chapter 1 Overview
1.1 Product Introduction
DevKit8600 evaluation board is a compact, low-cost with high-performance evaluation
board based on Texas instruments (TI) AM3359 processor. Instruments AM3359
microprocessor is an integration of 720MHz ARM Cortex-A8 low-power application
processor with 176K-Byte On-chip boot ROM, and provided lots of peripheral interface.
DevKit8600 board expands the hardware capabilities including LAN port, audio
input/output interface, USB OTG, USB HOST, CAN interface, RS485 interface, SPI
interface, IIC interface, ADC interface, GPMC interface, JTAG interface, TF slot, serial
port, TFT LCD interface, touch screen interface and keyboard interface.
DevKit8600 board can be used for the following applications:
