Reporting Annual Service one time a year service
• Pick a day – any day, first day, last day of school as
service line start and end date.
• Report this day separately from all other service
lines. (no overlapping services)
• Subtract the annual service minutes from the
remaining / other IEP services.
• This will avoid numerous verifications and calendar
issues resulting in total days of 999.
