Mounting Moulds for SimpliMet
A cost effective automatic mounting press with electrohydraulic operation. User selects pressure, temperature,
heating time and mounting size for their application.
A fully automatic mounting press with 25 method programmability, automatic mold sensing and preload operation
for sensitive materials. This fully automatic press increases
specimen production and specimen consistency.
Robust, easy-to-change bayonet mould closures are offered
in a wide variety of sizes for SimpliMet mounting presses. All
mould assemblies include a duplex spacer providingt the capability of producing two specimens during one cure cycle.

Pressure Vessel
This castable vacuum impregnation system removes trapped
air from mounting material. It is designed as a single sample
vacuum impregnation system. It is easy to operate, compact
designed and has a built-in vacuum pump.
Vacuum impregnation system that evacuates trapped air
from castable mounting materials and specimens. With the
reduction of trapped air, the castable compound fills the specimen pores, helping to eliminate the gap between specimen
and compund. Large chamber allows to impregnate multiple
samples.
Acrylic castable mounting compounds can be cured in a
pressure vessel thus reducing gap between specimen and
compound or achieving higher transparency with special
acrylics like VariKleer.
Manual Target Holders

Manual target holders are designed for precise material removal to specified depth. They can be used for round mounted
specimens or thin section slides.
