Adding items to an order is discussed in the following topic, since there are many different options to consider. 1. Open the Orders->Order module. 1. Click on File->Create Order, or press the Insert key. A window prompts for the customer. 2. Enter the customer key and press Enter, or leave blank and press Enter to select the customer from a list. (A window pops-up if the customer has ordering notes; read the notes and press OK.) 3. A window prompts you to select an authorized user. 4. Select the appropriate user and press OK. If the user has a password assigned and the option "Don't ask for password at RC" is not selected in the Authorized User 280 module, a window prompts for their password. © 2010 DocuData Software Corporation
