From the subdirectory \config\: the complete subdirectory
\resource\. This directory contains the properties files with the
messages and GUI texts of Livelink WCM Server required for
starting the Java program.
Create a directory on the local computer and copy the directory
structure \config\resource\ to this directory. In the class path of
the Java program, there must be a reference to the new directory.
