FEATURE /INCREMENT Lines Optional field. Vendor-defined license data. If a checkout is conditional on the contents of the vendor string, then LM_A_CHECKOUTFILTER is the best way to do this. If the VENDOR_STRING is set, you will probably also need to set ls_compare_vendor_* in lsvendor.c. The VENDOR_STRING is optionally configured as a pooling component, in which case, if the string differs in any way for two INCREMENT lines for the same feature name, they are pooled and counted separately. Lines with a sort order value of less than 100 are sorted before all lines without this attribute, and lines with a sort order value greater than 100 appear after all unmarked lines. All lines with the same number are sorted as they appear in the file. Licenses are automatically sorted when they are processed by FLEXlm; the default sorting rules are is as follows: 1.
