Installation RemoveyourBuffaloBistroContactGrillfromitspackagingandbecertainthatallprotectiveplasticsand residuesarethoroughlycleanedfromitssurface. Locateonafirmlevelsurface;usetheadjustablefeettoleveltheGrill. Buffalo recommendedthatyouallownolessthan100mmventilatedgaparoundtheperimeterofthisunit. Ensurethatthestainlesssteelwastetrayiscorrectlypositioned. Donotusemetalscrapersorscourers,asthesemaydamagethecookingsurfaces. Removethefatdriptrayandwashinwarmsoapywater. Othersurfacescanbewipedoverwithadampclothtoremoveallfoodresidues.
