KRC Trades User Manual Login To login a member should follow the steps • • • • • • • Type the user name and password provided to him by the company can start trading online. Select the mode streaming Select the component ActiveX or sun applet Click Login. The streamer page appears after successful login. The streamer will be able to give real time streaming quotes for both BSE and NSE. The user will be able to configure the scrips, scrips which he/she wants on the screen. screen The user can also click on the scrip on which he/she wants to place the order and then place order on it. KRC Trades User Manual Profile This is one of the options available to create market watch. Market Watch is used to check out the market related data of the scrip’s on a real time basis • I f Information ti lik like th the Last L t ttrade d price, i O Open P Price, i Hi High hP Price, i L Low P Price, i B Bestt B Buy/Sell /S ll P Price, i B Bestt Buy/Sell Qty, Percentage Change, etc. can be viewed in a market watch. • The user has the flexibility to decide the fields as well as their order in which they should appear on his market watch. • The user can create different g groups p ((Set of scrip’s) p ) as p per his requirement q and can Toggle gg between different groups by clicking on the group name that appears on the Extreme left hand side of the market watch. Click on Profile to create market watch Enter the profile name in profile Check the default option if you want to set the selected profile as default one Click Lookup button to add respective scrip in the new profile. KRC Trades User Manual KRC Trades User Manual The Lookup button opens a new window as shown below where the user can select the scrip he/she wants to add to the market watch, there select the exchange i.e. NSE or BSE, enter the symbol name of the particular scrip e.g. REL for Reliance Energy Ltd and click GO or press ENTER. The scrip appears below, click the scrip you o want to add in profile. profile After adding the required req ired scrip in the profile click Save, Save the profile is created and it appears KRC Trades User Manual After opening look up part, user needs to minimize the menu part. So the lookup part will be highlighted fully for adding the scrip KRC Trades User Manual Add / Delete Columns The User can add more columns in a particular Market Watch or remove any columns from it. He/she can also choose the order of the columns by selecting the up and down arrow. The User Interface for this f feature is i shown h b below. l Click on Tools menu, menu then click my preferences and then change the order of columns or add/ remove columns as per your requirements by using up & down buttons and using the arrows and then click the Submit button. • To come back to market watch click “Market watch” in Menu. • The user can switch to the available profiles by clicking it from “Profile” scroll down menu. Add Scrip This button will allow the user to add scrip to the market watch group. Delete Scrip To delete the particular scrip, the user has to select the scrip to be deleted by clicking it in the market watch window and then Remove scrip option has to be clicked. KRC Trades User Manual Place Order This will explain the Features available in Order Entry option. It includes... Limit Order Market Order Stop Loss Order • Limit orders can be placed by selecting the order type as RL under NSE, NFO and LIMIT under BSE. The user has to specify the basic parameters like Symbol, Total Qty, and Price. Market Order • Market orders are the orders whose price is not given by the user but it is taken from the last trade price of that script in the market watch. Market orders can be placed by selecting the MRKT option under the BSE and RL option under NSE, NFO exchanges. User is required to give the parameters like Symbol, and Total Qty. Price should be entered as 0. While sending the order request price will be taken as the last traded price of that particular script. • Stop loss orders can be placed by select the Order Type as SL under all of the exchanges. For These kinds of orders user is required to specify the Trigger price along with the usual parameters Like Symbol, Total Qty and Price. Note: For Buy SL orders the Trigger price should be less than the order price and for Sell SL Orders it should be greater than the order price. KRC Trades User Manual Buy Order/ Sell order To place buy order or Sell order the user has to select the scrip on which he/she wants to place order, then click place buy order or sell order option in the Menu, the order entry window appears below market watch. The user has to specify the basic parameters like symbol, total Qty, exchange, order type and price. Then the submit button has to be clicked. The response of the order will be displayed in the log message window below market watch. User can also place orders by using “+” for buy order and “-“for sell order. KRC Trades User Manual Order Book This option shows all the placed orders. i.e. pending rejected and traded orders. To view the orders the user has to click on Order book” option in the Menu. order book window appears on right side. The window gets refreshed and the orders are shown. The user can modify or cancel the order till it is there in the pending list. These are the orders, which are fully traded under d that h particular i l D Dealer. l KRC Trades User Manual Reports Limit- option p is available to view the set limits as p per the client’s net p position and MTM. In Net position the user can view the net position for that particular day in Daily option and F&O position by clicking expiry option. Trade History- This feature gives the Trade history for particular exchange based on date excluding Today. Today Funds view option is available to view the available fund in particular segment i.e. NSE Equity, BSE Equity and NSE FO The user can view their holdings by clicking Stock View.
