Measurement method:

1． In B mode freeze the image, press the 【Calc】
key to pop up the Meas & Calc menu, move the
trackball, use the cursor to select “Cardiac”,
press the【SET】key to go to the submenu,
move the trackball to select “LV” , press the
【SET】key to go to the submenu, move the
trackball to select “Simpson”, press the【SET】
key to go to measurement state.
2． Measure LVAMd, see “Area/Cir measurement
(Ellipse)” for the specific measurement method.
3． Measure LVLd, see “Distance Measurement”
for the specific method.
↓
4． Measure LVAPD; see “Area/Cir measurement
(Ellipse)” for the specific measurement method.
5． Unfreeze the image, rescan the image, and
freeze the image.
6． Measure LVAMs, see “Area/Cir measurement
(Ellipse)” for the specific measurement method.
7． Measure LVLs, see “Distance Measurement”
for the specific method.
