Please review the following information to familiarize your office with these changes. Reports To better comply with the current state and federal guidelines, the following changes have been made to reports: Rx Report – Access the Rx Report by selecting Reports Inventory Reports Rx Reports. Filter by Date Range – the date assigned to the prescription; or Rx Range – the number now assigned to all prescriptions. Choose the Select Printer button to choose a printer for this report. Select Display to preview the report prior to printing. Select Print to print. Select Print Later to add the report to the batch for printing later. Select Cancel to close without generating. Controlled Substance Dispensing Report – This report includes the following: 4 The National Drug Code (NDC) number will display. IntraVet 350 New Features Guide The Prescription date replaces the Transaction Date Prescriber’s DEA number is displayed Preview the report prior to printing The Controlled Substance Dispensing Report allows you to track the dispensing of controlled substances for regulatory reporting reasons. To access this report, select Reports Inventory Reports Controlled Substance Dispensing Report. Enter the Beginning and Ending dates. Enter a number of days in the Days supply greater than or equal to field. Select Display to preview the report prior to printing. Select Print to print. Select Print Later to add the report to the batch for printing later. Select Cancel to close without generating. Certificates Texas Rabies Certificate – Changes have been added to the Texas Rabies Certificate to comply with Texas state laws pertaining to rabies tracking. Form 51 with Picture – The existing patient photo will appear on this form. In the Certificate F3 Lookup, select Form 51 with Picture. Rx Labels Changes to prescription labels have been made to meet the requirements of the following states: Nevada – The NV label now includes the following fields: A serial number will be generated with each form that can be used for tracking purposes. Arizona – The AZ label now includes the following fields: The dispensing office’s address now appears on the Rx label. Texas – The TX label now includes the following fields: IntraVet 350 New Features Guide The client’s address is now printed on prescriptions for controlled substances. 5 If the patient is stabled (or kenneled) in a different location, a second label that contains the patient's address will print to comply with TX state law that requires both the client and patient addresses be included on any controlled substance prescription label. Integrations Now you can share information with the following software products: Procyte Procyte DX is a hematology analyzer from IDEXX. Access the Procyte DX interface by selecting File Lab Interface Idexx VetLab/Lasercyte. ePetHealth ePetHealth is the leading provider of electronic pet medical records. To access ePetHealth, select Client Account Management Patient (Edit or New) Setup tab ePetHealth ID. RADInfo RADInfo is a digital radiology system used to obtain X-rays. After installing RADInfo, you will need to: 1. Setup the RSVS Viewer under Setup Other Programs RSVS Viewer. Select Browse to locate the RSVS Viewer file (cmdrsvs.exe). 2. In IntraVet, under Setup DICOM, select the RADInfo radio button under DICOM providers. 3. Double-click the newly placed Activate MWL icon on your desktop to register the software. With this new interface: Breed and Species information will now be shared with RADInfo. For more information on using RADInfo, please contact a RADInfo representative.
