Response to the Invitation to Tender G- Cloud Procurement Vehicle 11 Section 4: Commercial Overview Setup & Implementation of TerraQuest Generic Portal Price: £2,000 per month for the duration of the project. Subject to a minimum contract period of 12 months. Price includes: − Externally hosted secure web service − Functionality as set out above − 10 Named Users − Client data update to agreed frequency − − Unlimited data storage One day training − System Support and Administration − Online help − Helpdesk Note: The above price excludes 3rd party data costs e.g. Ordnance Survey Mapping. Each Additional Project − Price: £2,000 per project running from same service − Price based on same functional requirement − 10 Named Users Subsequent projects would be subject to discount to reflect the aggregation of reduced cost of delivery to client. Each Additional User − Price: £100 for each additional User per Project Unlimited Access per Project − Price: £5,000 per Project − Same service and functionality as above Unlimited number of users across the wider corporate project team − Agreement The above services, including all options is subject to agreement between the Client and TerraQuest on: − Service Level Agreement − Internet Acceptable Use Policy © TerraQuest Subject to Contract and Commercial in Confidence Private and Confidential
