All prices are fixed for 60 days.

Prices quoted exclude VAT, which will be applied at the appropriate
rate.

On acceptance of the Property Portal, monthly charges will be
invoiced quarterly in advance. Invoices will be due for payment within
30 days.
On the anniversary of the contract monthly charges will be increased
in line with the Retail Price Index.

TerraQuest’s standard terms and conditions can be provided on
request.
Any enhancements to the agreed generic functionality or change in scope
of Service will be subject to commercial consideration by TerraQuest, and is
reflected in changes to monthly charges or other charging options.
