Descriptors
4.1.1.
Deterministic Compartment model descriptor
The descriptor file for this kind of models consists of a JSON file containing the following fields:
Outputs: List of output variables of the model. Each output variable contains the fields:
o Description: Short description of the variable.
o Name: Name of the variable.
o Units: Units of the variable.
Inputs: List of input variables of the model. Each input variable contains the fields:
o Description: Short description of the variable.
o Name: Name of the variable.
o Units: Units of the variable.
o MinRange: Minimum allowed value of the variable.
o MaxRange: Maximum allowed value of the variable.
o Range: Summary of the range of the variable.
