To replace the bash guard place it over the planet nuts. Using
a 5 mm hex wrench, tighten the bash guard bolts. Torque to
4.5 N·m (40 in-lb).

For reassembly of the mechanism assembly and drive side crank
arm follow the instructions as shown under headings “Drive
Mechanism and Crank Arm Installation” in the Installation section
of this manual.
