Selecting the Maintenance tab or category allows an operator to view:

An example of one of the informational screens is shown below:
RF Power Board Calibration, Frequency Sweeping Parameters, and Transducer Parameters are
typically used only by Covaris service personnel, and are read-only screens for SonoLab users.
4.6.1
Firmware Update
On occasion, it is necessary for Covaris to make changes to the firmware that operates the
instrument. When SonoLab connects to an instrument, it checks the version of firmware that is
running on that instrument. If the instrument’s firmware is out of date, SonoLab will alert the
operator and suggest that a firmware update should be performed. See the Firmware Update
section of Appendix C for detailed instructions.
