XrayVision® User Manual 8.2.2.4 ‘Insured’ tab: If the patient is not the insured person (e.g. a dependant or spouse), enter the insured person’s information and select the applicable relationship. If the patient is the insured person, select the Same as patient button to auto-populate the fields. ‘Message’ tab: Enter any additional information to relay to the insurance company regarding the claim and/or attachments. Click OK to forward the image and claim information to NEA’s FastAttach communication application. 8.3 XrayView™ Emailer Creator The XrayView e-Mailer Creator creates a ZIP file containing a patient's images, as well as the "XrayView.exe" program that allows the recipient to view them. Images sent using this component can also be password protected so that images cannot be viewed without the proper credentials. XrayView e-Mailer Creator supports the transmission of Apteryx's unmodifiable Secure Tagged Block (STB) file format, guaranteeing image authenticity. 8.3.1 Configuring the XrayView™ e-Mailer Creator Options: The XrayView™ e-Mailer component will attempt to use the default email application set up in Windows. Refer to Microsoft Support’s Online Knowledgebase Article KB 154359 for instructions to specify Microsoft® Outlook or Outlook Express as the default email application.
