RollMap User Manual Configuring RollMap • SAM MV Control A SAM multiviewer, using the Hydra Open Protocol, can be controlled using the commands available on this screen. When an action is triggered the command is sent to the multiviewer. Figure 52 Snell MV Control The address of the multiviewer can be set as IP, FQDN, or #field# specifying the value from another log field. Select the type of multiviewer from the drop-down list, and select the relevant Module. Set command type from the drop-down list: • Adjust border - updates the border of an object • Adjust UMD - updates the UMD text of an object • Adjust Text - Updates the lines in a text object • Get Source Tally - Gets the state of a tally for a source • Get Version - Gets the version of firmware running • Load Layout and Update - Loads a layout and send it to the screen • Set Source Name - Sets the name (UMD) for a source • Set Source Tally - Sets the state of a tally for a source The arguments table, immediately below the command type, dynamically updates according to the command type selected. Arguments can be entered as fixed strings or #fields# specifying the value from another log field (using the deferred unit address or address override syntax #??::??,field#).
