Some of the functions can be adjusted to meet your requirements. The following cams can adjusted; #4 Fill-Flush #5 Detergent pump #6 Sanitizer Pump #7 Rinse Additive pump You can open or close the gap on the cams with the special tool that was supplied with the dishwasher. If during a full cycle (wash - dump - fill - rinse) the water increases too much, you can adjust this in two ways. 1) Reduce the water pressure. Reducing the water pressure will reduce the amount of water coming to the dishwasher. 2) Adjusting the Fill/flush cam. You can adjust this cam to decrease or increase the length of time the water solenoid remains open. Closing the gap will reduce the amount of water. 7 X-35 PARTS 8 X-35 PARTS Part # a01002 a01004 a01005 a01006 a01009 a01011 a01012 a01013 a01015 a01016 a01018 a01019 a01022 a01024a a01024b a01024c a01026 A01028 A01029 a01030 a01036 A01037 A01041 ad1012 e01001 EO____ e01008 EO____ e01009 e01010 E01012 e01015 e01016a e01017 E01018 e01047 e01051 Eo1078 pp1068 E01079 e01014 Pp1100 pp1052 s01001 S01003 S01006 S01009 s01012 S01013 s01014 9 QTY 3 1 3 2 1 1 1 1 1 11 11 11 2 1 1 1 4 3 1 1 1 2 2 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 3 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 5 1 1 1 1 2 4 2 Description peri pump cover round sump gasket d/m squeeze tube pump seal "2"" drain ball" spray base gasket Sash chain drain spring thermometer FEET red detergent line FEET blue rinse line FEET #3 clear vinyl line "23"" spray arm" mounting cast iron pump cover sm cast iron impellor open l cast iron hex foot "18""bucket probe" control box lock "12""X1 1/2"" clear sump hose" o ring for pump 3/16 barb fitting wing spray arm bearing "7"" #20 vinyl line 1/2 x 3/4" 1 h.p. motor "toggle switch / replaces eo1006,7" indicator light black plastic plug insta start relay insta start socket 90 second timer drain solenoid 48 rpm motor gang box gang box cover 110 ac counter hose clamp door switch magnet 3/8 brass plugs door switch module mercury relay 30 amp switch FEET 1/2 l copper tubing manifold a/c machine wrapper a machine stand a machine pan a machine door a/b/c machine lft door guide w/studs door springs s01015 s01018 s01019 s01020 s01021 s01022 s01025 s01026 s01027 s01028 s01029 s01034 s01035 s01037 s01041 s01042 s01044 s01046 S01048 s01056 s01050 S01049 w01001 w01003 w01005 w01008 w01009 w01011 w01013 w01014 w01017 1 2 2 2 4 1 1 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 2 1 1 1 2 2 1 1 3 2 1 1 1 1 1 1 door arm a machine door link door stop "1"" pipe clamp" door spacer 3/8 x 3/8 rack runner a machine solenoid cover solenoid block drain solenoid link drain solenoid stop solenoid bars scrap trap body scrap trap screen 1/2' plumbing supports chemical tube bracket sump baffle ss sump a/c machine sump screen a/c machine S.S. drain ball stem large slotted washer "1/2"" tube clips" "3/8"" tube clips" "1/2"" thrd ball valve" 1/2 close nipple brass 1/2 street 90 deg brass 1/2 x 5/8 90 deg brass "1/2"" vacuum breaker" "1/2"" water solenoid" "1/2"" check valve" 3/8 nptx 5/8 tb 90 deg brass "1 1/4"" male adapter X-35 PARTS BODY COMPONENTS CODE # 16321 16322 16323 16324 16325 16326 16327 16328 16329 16330 16331 16334 16335 16336 16337 16339 16340 16341 16342 16343 16344 16431 16428 16429 16430 16432 16433 60676 60677 60678 10 QTY 1 2 1 1 2 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 2 4 2 2 1 2 2 1 4 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 DESCRIPTION Washing tank and basement Rack rails Left sliding door Right sliding door Stopping door angle bar Electrical components box Electrical components box cover Drain screen container Drain screen container cover Drain screen Magnet fixing gasket Hood handle Connecting rod for handle Handle fixing screws Double thread spacer for rod Spring hook U-bold to fix magnet wiring Washer for magnet Washing tank angle bar Detergent piper angle bar Door sliding guides Stainless steel washing pipe Magnet cover Drain screen container Drain screen Rod for rubber ball Pipe for magnet wiring Carton box packing Pallet Carton box for components X35 Trouble Shooting Dishes are coming out soapy. Water temperature must be higher than 120F. Unit should drain properly. [ [ Dishes/Glasses are not clean. Check that your washing temperature is at least 120F. Check your water softener for proper operation. Check the sump screen and the spray arm jets for obstruction. [ [ [ Machine does not fill with water. Check the water shut-off valve behind the control panel. The handle should be parallel with the line. [ Machine does not shut OFF. If the dishwasher stops when the doors are opened, use the master switch, at the back, to operate the dishwasher until service comes. [ Machine does not stop filling up. Close the water shut-off valve , turn power off and call for service. [ Machine does not hold water. Check under the drain ball for any foreign material, anything that does not belong there. [ Spray arms don't spin. Check the spray arm bearing for ease of movement. Clean if required. [ The dishwasher does not start. Check the master switch at the back of the control panel and verify that it is in the ON position Check the circuit breaker which services the dishwasher and make sure it is in the ON position. Is the door closed completely? [ [ [ Water comes out the doors. Check the spray arms for missing end plug. If they are, they could be in the screen basket. [ 11 X35 Trouble Shooting Water is leaking on the floor. Check the scrap accumulator filter. If water comes out of the scrap accumulator and the filter is clean, the drain is probably clogged. [ [ Water does not drain from the wash tank. Check the drain sump for obvious clogging. Lift the plunger-ball assembly, to manually drain the dishwasher. If does not drain rapidly (about 6 seconds) something is clogging the pipe that drops on the accumulator. If it drains properly that the solenoid may be defective.
