Warranty Repairs
Warranty service will be performed within 15 working days from receipt of product to correct all functional defects in materials
and workmanship. Ship the product pre-paid to the location below: Call for a Return Authorization Number before
sending any items for warranty and/or non-warranty repair.
For warranty repair of:

•
If sold before July 1, 2005 (less than 5 years from date of delivery)
•
If sold on or after July 1, 2005 (less than 10 years from date of delivery)
•
Oxygen/Air Regulators
•
If sold before July 1, 2005 (less than 3 years from date of delivery)
•
If sold on or after July 1, 2005 (less than 10 years from date of delivery)
•
7700 Series Flowmeters; 5 Year Warranty (1 year on the 0-1 LPM & 0-200 CCM Flowmeter)

The 4th character in the serial number represents the year of manufacture, i.e., GFFT03342 = 1990 (O and I are not used).
