TROUBLESHOOTING
Connect the power cord to the main body and the wall outlet.
Connect the footswitch and the short plug (remote interlock connector) to the
connector panel on the rear of the main body.
Turn ON the master switch on the rear of the main body.
Be sure to wear goggles before starting the operation below.
Does the power ON lamp light?
NO
See "4.1 Power ON Lamp does
not Light".
NO
See "4.2 The Pump and the Fan
do not Operate".
YES
Turn the key switch to ON and
then to START.
Does the instrument start and the
display on the operation panel
indicate "SYSTEM CHECK" ?
As for the starting of the
instrument, see *1 on the last
page of this section.
See "4.3 Though the Pump and
the Fan Operate, there is no
Indication on the Operation Panel".
One of the following error
messages is indicated:
ADC CHECK ERR
FLOW SW ITCH ERR ( œ )
REMOTE INTLK ERR ( œ )
TEMP SW ITCH ERR ( œ )
FOOT SW MISSING ( œ )
SHUTTER ERR ( œ )
The messages with œ can be
indicated also during the
operation.
