Hauptplatte Meßgeräte: DC-Voltmeter, Meßsender, NF-Voltmeter, Stereocoder, Wobbler, Oszilloskop Abgleichschritte 2, 5 und 7 nur bei AD 182 M! Aufruf des ´extended Expert Modus´: Gerät ausschalten. Stationstaste 2 drücken, gedrückt halten und Gerät einschalten. Stationstaste 2 länger als 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten. EXPTaste drücken und ca. 15 Sekunden gedrückt halten bis im Display die Anzeige FI-XX-MC erscheint (XX = aktuelle Version).Taste TP länger als 1 Sekunde drücken. Mit den Tasten o bzw. p den Parametersatz 43 anwählen (Anzeige z.B. 43 192). Taste TP kurz drücken (Stereo-Symbol ) leuchtet auf). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p den Wert auf 201 ändern (Anzeige 43 201). Taste TP kurz drücken (Stereo-Symbol ) erlischt). EXP-Taste ca. 3 Sekunden drücken (Anzeige EXPERT). Sollte versehentlich ein anderer Parameter geändert werden, können Sie dessen korrekten Wert aus der Parametertabelle auf der Seite 9 entnehmen. Die Maskenversion findet sich als Aufdruck auf dem Prozessor CIC801. Beenden des ´extended Expert Modus´: Taste EXP ca. 3 Sekunden drücken bis im Display EXIT erscheint. Taste TP länger als 1 Sekunde drücken. Mit den Tasten o bzw. p den Parametersatz 43 anwählen (Anzeige z.B. 43 201). Taste TP kurz drücken (Stereo-Symbol ) leuchtet auf). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p den Wert auf 192 ändern (Anzeige 43 192). Taste TP kurz drücken (Stereo-Symbol ) erlischt). EXP-Taste ca 3 Sekunden drücken (Anzeige EXPERT). Abgleich Vorbereitung 1. MW-Oszillator MW; DC-Voltmeter an FMP705. Mit L606A bei 531kHz auf 1,0V ± 50mV abgleichen. Kontrolle auf 7,2V ± 0,5V bei 1602kHz. 2. LW-Oszillator LW; DC-Voltmeter an FMP705. Mit L607AL bei 153kHz auf 1,3V ± 50mV abgleichen. Kontrolle auf 5,0V ± 0,5V bei 279kHz. 3. AM-ZF Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 1548kHz; ohne Mit L604A auf maximale Spannung abgleichen. Modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). DC-Voltmeter an FMP602. 4. MW-Vorkreis Meßsender an Antenneneingang; ohne Modulation; Wechselweise mit C608A bei 1548kHz und mit L601A bei 558kHz auf maximale Spannung abgleichen. E´ = 100µV (40dBµV); DC-Voltmeter an FMP602. 5. LW-Vorkreis Meßsender an Antenneneingang; ohne Modulation; Mit L602AL bei 162kHz auf maximale Spannung abgleichen. E´ = 100µV (40dBµV); DC-Voltmeter an FMP602. 6. MW-Suchlaufstop Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 990kHz; ohne Modulation; Extended Expert Modus aktivieren (s. o.). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p auf LEV PROG schalten. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 auf MW DX schalten. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 auf MW LC schalten. 7. LW-Suchlaufstop Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 207kHz; ohne Modulation; Extended Expert Modus aktivieren (s. o.). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p auf LEV PROG schalten. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 auf LW DX schalten. AD 182 M: Signal mit E´ = 20µV (26dBµV) anlegen. AD 182 M SAM: Signal mit E´ = 10µV (20dBµV) anlegen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige MW DX OK). AD 182 M: Signal mit E´ = 100µV (40dBµV) anlegen. AD 182 M SAM: Signal mit E´ = 50µV (34dBµV) anlegen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige MW LC OK). Signal mit E´ = 20µV (26dBµV) anlegen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige LW DX OK). Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 auf LW LC schalten. Signal mit E´ = 100µV (40dBµV) anlegen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige LW LC OK). 8. FM-Oszillator FM; DC-Voltmeter an FMP705. Mit L06 bei 87,5MHz auf 1,6V ± 50mV abgleichen. Kontrolle auf 6,3V ± 0,3V bei 108MHz. 9. FM-HF- und ZFKreise Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 95,0MHz; ohne Modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV); DC-Voltmeter zwischen FMP101 (+) und FMP103 (-). Wechselweise mit L03 und L04 auf Maximum abgleichen. 10. ZF-Mittenfrequenz 4 Abgleichvorgang Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 98,0MHz; fmod = 1kHz; Hub = 22,5kHz;E´ = 1mV (60dBµV); NF-Voltmeter an FMP101. Extended Expert Modus aktivieren (s. o.). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p auf QUARZ schalten. Mit L05 auf Maximum abgleichen. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 minimale Anzeige am NFVoltmeter einstellen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige QUARZ OK). Stop-Generator Vorbereitung Abgleichvorgang Wobbler an Antenneneingang; Mittenfrequenz 95,0MHz; Mit L 101 auf symmetrischen Spannungssprung einstellen. ∆f = ± 100kHz; ohne Modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV); 95,0MHz Oszilloskop an FMP104. +5V 0V 12. Feldstärke Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 95,0MHz; ohne Modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV); DC-Voltmeter zwischen FMP101 (+) und FMP103 (-). 13. Stereo-Übersprechen Meßsender mit Stereo-Coder an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 95,0MHz; fmod 1kHz mit 22,5kHz Hub; Pilotton 19kHz mit 7,5kHz Hub; RDS 57kHz mit 1,2kHz Hub; E´ = 1mV (60dBµV); Nur linken Kanal modulieren. NF-Voltmeter an Lautsprecher-Ausgänge. Extended Expert Modus aktivieren (s. o.). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p auf STERE schalten. 14. FM-Suchlaufstop Meßsender an Antenneneingang; Frequenz 95,1MHz; ohne Modulation; Extended Expert Modus aktivieren (s. o.). Mit den Tasten o bzw. p auf LEV PROG schalten. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 auf FM DX schalten. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 auf FM LC schalten. ∆f≤ ± 45kHz Mit CR26 auf +400mV ± 10mV einstellen. Mit den Stationstasten 4 bzw. 5 minimale Anzeige am NFVoltmeter im rechten Kanal einstellen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige STERE OK). Signal mit E´ = 10µV (20dBµV) anlegen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige FM DX OK). Signal mit E´ = 250µV (48dBµV) anlegen. Taste EXP kurz drücken (Anzeige FM LC OK). 2. Cassettenlaufwerk Meßgeräte: Frequenzzähler, Test-Cassette 448A (Material-Nr. 35079 023 0000) Abgleich Vorbereitung Bandgeschwindigkeit Test-Cassette 448A einlegen und 3150Hz-Teil abspielen. Frequenzzähler an Lautsprecher-Ausgang. Abgleichvorgang Mit Motorpoti auf 3150Hz ± 100Hz einstellen. Motorpoti PCB Servicehinweis: Maskenversion 1 (Aufdruck auf dem Prozessor CIC801 „FIAT H2/01“): Prozessor CIC801 Mat.-Nr. 83058 780 5900 nur mit EEPROM CIC802 Mat.-Nr. 83059 580 1600. Main Board Test equipment: DC Voltmeter, Test Generator, AF Voltmeter, Stereo Coder, Sweep Generator, Oscilloscope Alignments 2, 5 and 7 only for AD 182 M! Calling up the ´extended Expert Mode´: Switch off the set. Press and hold depressed station button 2 and switch on the set. Hold the station button 2 depressed for more than 5 seconds. Press and hold depressed the EXP button for about 15 seconds until the display shows FI-XX-MC (XX = actual version). Press button TP for more than a second. With the buttons o resp. p select parameter set 43 (display shows e.g. 43 192). Press button TP briefly (Stereo symbol ) lights up). With the buttons o resp. p change the value to 201 (display shows 43 201). Press button TP briefly (Stereo symbol ) goes out). Press button EXP for about 3 seconds (display shows EXPERT). If you changed an other parameter by mistake you can find its correct value in the parameter table on page 9. The mask version is imprinted on the processor CIC801. Leaving the ´extended Expert Mode´: Press button EXP for abt. 3 seconds. Press button TP for more than a second. With the buttons o resp. p select parameter set 43 (display shows e.g. 43 201). Press button TP briefly (Stereo symbol ) lights up). With the buttons o resp. p change the value to 192 (display shows 43 192). Press button TP briefly (Stereo symbol ) goes out). Check for 5.0V ± 0.5V at 279kHz. 3. AM IF Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency Align with L604A for maximum voltage. 1548kHz; no modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). Connect a DC Voltmeter to FMP602. 4. MW Bandpass Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; no modulation; Align alternating with C608A at 1548kHz and with L601A at 558kHz for maximum voltage. E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). Connect a DC Voltmeter to FMP602. 5. LW Bandpass Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; no modulation; Align with L602AL at 162kHz for maximum voltage. E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). Connect a DC Voltmeter to FMP602. 6. MW search level stop Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency 990kHz; no modulation; Call up the extended expert mode (see above). With the buttons o resp. p select LEV PROG. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select MW DX. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select MW LC. 7. LW search level stop Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency 207kHz; no modulation; Call up the extended expert mode (see above). With the buttons o resp. p select LEV PROG. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select LW DX. AD 182 M: Apply a signal with E´ = 20µV (26dBµV). AD 182 M SAM: Apply a signal with E´ = 10µV (20dBµV). Press button EXP briefly (display shows MW DX OK). AD 182 M: Apply a signal with E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). AD 182 M SAM: Apply a signal with E´ = 50µV (34dBµV). Press button EXP briefly (display shows MW LC OK). Apply a signal with E´ = 20µV (26dBµV). Press button EXP briefly (display shows LW DX OK). With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select LW LC. Apply a signal with E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). Press button EXP briefly (display shows LW LC OK). 8. FM Oscillator FM; Connect a DC Voltmeter to FMP705. Align with L06 at 87.5MHz for 1.6V ± 50mV. Check for 6.3V ± 0.3V at 108MHz. 9. FM RF and IF Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency 95.0MHz; no modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). Align alternating with L03 and L04 for maximum. IF Center frequency Preparation Adjustment Procedure Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency 98.0MHz; fmod = 1kHz; Hub = 22.5kHz; E´ = 1mV (60dBµV). Connect an AF Voltmeter to FMP101. Call up the extended expert mode (see above). With the buttons o resp. p select QUARZ. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 set for minimum AF voltage. Press button EXP briefly (display shows QUARZ OK). 11. Stop Generator Connect a sweep generator to aerial input. Field strength Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency 95.0MHz; no modulation; E´ = 100µV (40dBµV). Connect a DC Voltmeter between FMP101 (+) and FMP103 (-). 13. Stereo Crosstalk Connect a Test Generator via a Stereo Coder to aerial input; Frequency 95.0MHz; fmod 1kHz at 22.5kHz dev.; Pilot 19kHz at 7.5kHz dev.; RDS 57kHz at 1.2kHz dev.; E´ = 1mV (60dBµV); modulate only the left channel. Connect an AF Voltmeter to loudspeaker outputs. Call up the extended expert mode (see above). With the buttons o resp. p select STERE. 14. FM search level stop Connect a Test Generator to aerial input; Frequency 95.1MHz; no modulation; Call up the extended expert mode (see above). With the buttons o resp. p select LEV PROG. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select FM DX. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 select FM LC. Adjust with CR26 for +400mV ± 10mV. With the station buttons 4 resp. 5 set for minimum AF voltage on the right channel. Press button EXP briefly (display shows STERE OK). Apply a signal with E´ = 10µV (20dBµV). Press button EXP briefly (display shows FM DX OK). Apply a signal with E´ = 250µV (48dBµV). Press button EXP briefly (display shows FM LC OK). 2. Tape Drive Test equipment: Frequency counter, Test Cassette 448A (Part No. 35079 023 0000) Adjustment Tape Speed Preparation Insert Test Cassette 448A and play 3150Hz part. Connect a frequency counter to loudspeaker outputs. Adjustment Procedure With the ´Motorpoti´ adjust for 3150Hz ± 100Hz. Motorpoti PCB Service hint: Mask Version 1 (Imprint on the processor CIC801 „FIAT H2/01“): Processor CIC801 part no. 83058 780 5900 together with EEPROM CIC802 part no. 83059 580 1600. Mask Version 2 (Imprint on the processor CIC801 „FIAT H2/02“): Processor CIC801 part no. 83058 780 5700 together with EEPROM CIC802 part no. 72008 538 1700.
