PUNCHBALL ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1. Open the Cap (B) on the Base (A)
with Water or Sand. Then close the Cap (B)as
shown in Figure A&B.
STEP 2. Move the Cover (C)
Then
the
Elasticity (E) to the top of the Base (A)
with 4 Screws (F), remove the Cover (C)
to the top of the Elasticity (E) as shown in
Overview Chart.
STEP 3. Slide the foam (D) to the top of the Inner Adjustable Tube (I)
then
install the Inner Adjustable Tube (I) into
the Lower Tube (G) with Knob (H) to adjust the Height with Knob(H)as shown in
Overview Chart.
STEP 4. Slide the Pull Ball (L) to the Inner Adjustable Tube (I) form the top with Screw (J)
and Nut (K) tighen as shown Overview
Chart.
• Do not use Boxing stand by the hand
with other things.(e.g.:Ring)

INSTRUCTIONS D’ASSEMBLAGE DU
PUNCHING BALL
ÉTAPE 1. Ouvrez le bouchon (B) de la base (A)
et remplissez la base d’eau ou de sable. Puis
refermez le bouchon (B) comme illustré sur les
schémas A&B.
ÉTAPE 2. Levez tout d’abord le capuchon (C). Puis
le ressort (E) au dessus de la base
(A) avec 4 vis (F). Replacez le capuchon
(C) au-dessus du ressort (E) comme illustré sur le schéma d’assemblage.
ÉTAPE 3. Insérez tout d’abord le tube en mousse (D)
sur le tube supérieur ajustable (I), puis installez le tube supérieur ajustable (I) dans
le tube inférieur (G) en utilisant la molette
(h) pour ajuster la hauteur (H) comme illustré sur le schéma d’assemblage.
ÉTAPE 4. Assemblez le punching ball (L) au tube
supérieur ajustable (I) et
avec les
vis (J) et les écrous (K) en les resserrant
fermement comme illustré sur le schéma
d’assemblage.
• N’utilisez pas ce montant de punching
ball pour un autre usage (comme pour un
ring).

INSTRUCCIONES DE MONTAJE PARA
PUNCHBALL
PASO 1. Abra la Tapa (B) en la Base (A) Llénela
con Agua o Arena. Cierre la Tapa (B) como se
muestra en la Figura A&B.
PASO 2. Mueva la Cubierta (C) primero. Luego
ajuste la Elasticidad (E) desde la Base (A)
con 4 Tornillos (F), remueva la Cubierta
(C) hasta la parte superior de la Elasticidad (E) tal como se muestra en los Diagramas.
PASO 3. Deslice la espuma (D) hacia la parte superior del Tubo Interno Ajustable (I) primero, y luego instale el Tubo Interno Ajustable (I) en el Tubo Inferior (G) con el Perno
(K) para ajustar la altura con el perno (H)
tal como se muestra en los Diagramas.
PASO 4. Deslice la Bola (L) hacia el Tubo Interior
Ajustable (I) desde la parte superior con
el Tornillo (J) y la Tuerca (K) ajustada, tal
como se muestra en los Diagramas.
• No utilice un soporte para boxeo con la
mano usando otras cosas (por ejemplo,
anillos).
