Violette Leblanc has developed a high level of expertise
in research. In her practice, she delves into the strategic
aspects of complex cases, and she advises her
colleagues on cutting-edge issues. Her in-depth
knowledge of consumer law as well as civil and business
law makes her an invaluable asset in class action and
shareholder litigation.
Violette, who has a law degree from the University of
Montréal, joined our firm in 2008. Prior to that, she
worked as a legal researcher with the Honourable J.J.
Michel Robert, Chief Justice of Quebec, at the Quebec
Court of Appeal.

accounting firms and securities custodians based on

actions concerning disclosure of annual fees by retailers
under the Consumer Protection Act.
