6. From Mobile to Finished Report
When you have completed entering all of the field inspection data, you are then ready to
synchronise your notes back to the ValuePRO server. Simply press Synch from the main menu to
do this from the field or wait until you return to the office.
When you or your admin staff open the job in the ValuePRO web edition, the data and any media
files you have entered on the mobile phone will be instantly available on the job card.
In addition, sentences and paragraphs on the report can be automatically written for you based on
the raw job inspection data you’ve just entered.
