Wellnomics Ergonomics Reference Guide ▪ 115 stress is well managed • Regularly survey these users for symptoms of discomfort related to their high mouse use. If any raised levels of discomfort are found, take immediate remedial action to reduce their workload, and provide support. • If you find raised symptom levels ask the users to run the WorkPace Setup Wizard. This will provide them with a specially designed recovery / rehabilitation breaks and exercise regime to help reduce their symptoms. Explain to the users with symptoms why taking more frequent breaks is important, and that it will not reduce their productivity in the long term, even if it takes a while to get used to.
