Preferences
You can personalize how Maximizer works for you. Maximizer
provides you with various settings that give a great deal of flexibility
in how you work—in other words, Maximizer adapts to the way you
want to work.
In Maximizer, you can set some of the Maximizer preferences. If you
use the desktop application as well as Maximizer, these preferences
are applied to the Address Book in both applications. You can also
set personal preferences that affect only Maximizer.
Set Personal Preferences
You can set personal preferences that affect the Maximizer interface.
The preferences you set are applied only to the Address Book that is
currently open.
 In the top-right corner of the page, click Preferences.
The Personal Preferences dialog box opens.
 Adjust the preferences, and click Save to save the changes.
